All intellectual property rights in our services, including but not limited to software, algorithms, methodologies, documentation, and proprietary AI models developed by Studios.Expert remain the exclusive property of Studios.Expert unless otherwise agreed in writing. Custom solutions developed for clients are subject to individual project agreements that outline ownership and licensing terms.

Studios.Expert provides AI development, machine learning solutions, automation systems, and related consulting services. Project scope, deliverables, timelines, and payment terms are defined in individual project agreements. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services with reasonable notice to affected clients.

Studios.Expert shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies to all causes of action, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, and necessary access to systems required for project completion. Clients must ensure they have the right to share any data or materials provided to Studios.Expert. Delays caused by client-side issues may affect project timelines and deliverables as outlined in individual agreements.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction as specified in individual project agreements.
